Try and give some answers to the following questions:
- Does your catalogue succeed in giving at least five answers to he who wishes to know your firm?
- have you verified if your enterprise still maintains the ownership of the brand in the countries where it exports?
- before entering a new market, do you carry out a market research, the registration and monitoring of the brand?
- as to your consignments, granting the "delivery ex factory " term doesn't decrease your competitiveness on foreign markets?
- do you know any law related to general sale conditions, contracts for agents, in the countries where you export?
-is it possible to lower the costs on import for your buyer taking advantage of international agreements?
-is it possible to reduce the costs on import (and therefore to improve export prices ), optimizing the logistics?
- is it possible to look for alternatives to your actual partner?
- is it possible to mostly take advantage on the participation to fairs and missions?
- does your importer pay the correct customs tax (or does he pay more of the due one?)
- are there more profitable markets than those you work on?
- do you consider the influence of cultural differences in the negotiations with foreign partners?
- are there sources of information which can give more competitiveness to the enterprise?
